Abstract of Presentation:
Sinus elevation is a widely described technique and long term results from the international literature show how this procedure is reliable through the time. Nevertheless, a proper selection of the clinical case, done by an accurate clinical and radiographic preoperative planning, is mandatory to reduce the risk of intraoperative and postoperative complications. The safest ways to carry out the technique, the choice of timing and materials will be highlighted with clinical cases as well as the management of the complications and their treatment.
